Considered as one of the major calendar events held annually to recognize the hard work and dedication of their loyal employees, Kooheji Jewellery hosted recently their staff annual dinner attended by all the company’s employees and members at Novotel Bahrain Al Dana Resort.
The annual dinner which was attended by the General Manager , members of the Executive Management team and the Company’s employees ,was to celebrate the hard work put in by the company’s staff over the year ,whom Kooheji considers as the cornerstone of its progress and prosperity in the industry both locally and globally , as well as to celebrate the success of this year’s participation in the Jewellery Arabia 24th Middle East International Jewellery and watch exhibition that took place on November 24-28.
Believing that a winning workplace culture doesn’t happen by chance, General Manager Waleed Al Kooheji commented on the occasion saying: “It is truly heartening to be in this gathering and look back at yet another successful year for the company. It is important for us to share our appreciation with every single member as each of them played a role in this success. Their contribution is very commendable and it gives us great pleasure to commemorate their loyalty and dedication. We actively encourage and support such endeavors which help to strengthen the family relation we’ve already built with our employees. This is also significant since this enables all of us to come together and spend quality time away from the busy schedule and communicate better as a team and pursue our goals more effectively.
The evening was filled with fun and laughter, a thank you speech from the management and an exchange of ideas and suggestions for the company.
It is worth mentioning that Kooheji Jewellery, one of the leading jewellery houses in the country, have completed a successful year and recently commenced with their plans for expansion starting with the boutique themed branch opening in Moda Mall Bahrain.
